Where do you get a watering can in webkinz?

There is not a watering can on Farmville. The plants on Farmville do not need to be watered once they are planted. Just be sure to harvest them in time.

(That answer is wrong. I've just started seeing watering cans as a gift option when I'm sending stuff to my friends. I have sent a few and received a few. I haven't used one yet because I don't know what they're for. I was doing some research when I came across this Q & A.)
