Ey bro im a big person. i would say at least wait a week drinking alot of water, tea and other such things if you dont smoke that much. if you smoke alot like a blunt a day by yourself wait that month. cranbery juice mixed with water works famously. excercise with a jump rope for a few minutes or anything that can make you sweat and raise your body temperature to "burn" fat cells and make your blood flow faster to get filtered.
