How do you get the secret key in Pokemon diamond?

The secret key was available through Nintendo Wi-Fi and at participating Toys R Us locations in April, 2010.

Access may still be possible using Action Replay and the DS action replay code.

You must get the key from the mystery gift via wifi but it is no longer available
