Who came up with the dictionary?

a English-man named john Webster traveld the world learning every language. when he learned them all he then helped create the English language used in America. he wrote it all down in book wich was published 48 years later called the Webster first edition dictionary. they still use the book to this veary day, but keep revising it making it better and easier to use.
