What part of a knights armour would he have to lift if he wanted to eat or drink?

A knight would not eat or drink in their armour, instead they would eat in their normal clothes, but if the knight was in need of some water in the middle of battle he could lift the visor on his helmet, although this is only possible with certain helmets like bassonets that have a movable visor
