Can a b.tech graduate prefix his name with er?

Yes the person who completed Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology must add Suffix of "Er." in his / her name. But the person with B.Sc (Elect) or BCA are not authorized to do so.

If BSc or BCA are doing so it looks just like RMP doctor is using "Dr."
