Air in fuel line

If air is present in the fuel line, it can cause a number of issues with the vehicle's performance. The most common symptoms of air in the fuel line include:

• Difficulty starting the engine
• Rough idling
• Stalling
• Misfiring
• Decreased fuel efficiency

Air can enter the fuel system through a number of ways, such as a damaged fuel line, a cracked fuel tank, or a faulty fuel pump. To diagnose the issue, a pressure test should be performed to identify the source of the air leak. Once the source of the leak is identified, it should be repaired and the fuel system should be bled to get rid of the air in the fuel line.
