In fact it is if done properly, although it truly depends on if you started out with a healthy weight then its probably not. If you are loosing this weight because you are doing more physical activity it is good and this could just be temporary and soon you will in fact begin to gain weight in muscle.

So check the weight that is healthy for you dependant on you sex, height and age.
