How many questions out of forty must you answer correctly to pass an English test?

If your teacher is doing the standard test results, you need at least 60% to get a "D" which is passing, so that would be 24 questions. If you want a "C" you need 28 questions right. If you want a "B" you need 80% which is 32 right. And for an "A" you need 90%, or 36 correct. That's if your teacher is doing the standard testing results.
