How long do tulips lives?

Tulip Poplar trees are fast-growing trees but do not have the common problems of most fast-growing trees, such as a short lifespan and weak wood.

The average lifespan of a Tulip Poplar is 200 - 300 years. However, I have read elsewhere that it can live much longer.
