Your question is not very vague but the simple answer here is No.

Allow me to go a bit further more in depth.

I am assuming you are referring to buying a used car from a third party which is not a dealer. In our state, Georgia, a used car is sold from a third party to be presumed "AS IS". The exception to this would be to have a written agreement signed by the seller and buyer stating that the car can be refunded within the given period of time.

If it in fact is a dealership and the vehicle is not labeled "AS IS" then you may be entitled a refund if a problem occurs soon after purchasing that you were not told about.

Some dealerships also have a 72 hour rule, but it varies and only your dealership could provide this information.

Hope I helped.
