Does the 1996 ford crown victoria police interceptor have a solenoid or relay that is not on the starter?

The start solenoid for all 1966 USA Ford passenger cars is on the passenger side under hood, (bonnet) between the radiator core support and wheelwell. Some are mounted directly to the passenger side wheelwell.
