What are workers safety needs in a company?

A Worker's safety needs are very basic:

• Understand how to do the work safely
• Be provided appropriate safety equipment and instruction on how to use and maintain it
• Do the work safely
• Others do their work safely

The worker goes home in the same condition in which she arrived at work.
