Can a game that uses 2.4ghz be used on a 2.0ghz computer?

A game will usually say a minimum requirement and a recommended requirements.

If the minimum requirements say 2.4ghz, then a 2.0ghz will not power the game.

If the 2.4ghz was on the recommended requirements, a 2.0ghz would be fine.
