Yes and no..... It is illegal in the United States to purchase any DEA schedule 2 chemical (like Adderall, and the other amphetamines) online and have it shipped to you, regardless of prescription status. There are foreign pharmacies that advertise online the purchase and shipment of Adderall to America, but it is not legal to do that..... I wouldn't consider myself a law abiding citizen, but this is a law that I am unwilling to violate. My roomate when I was in rehab a few years ago was getting extended-release oxycodone (Oxycontin, another schedule 2 substance) shipped to him from Mexico. The feds seized one of his packages and arrested him, and his bail was $100,000, just FYI.
