Tungsten rings may prove difficult to sell. Because tungsten rings are performance metals (and man-made), they unfortunately don't hold their value well. Most jewelry stores are buying gold and other precious metals (like palladium, platinum and sterling silver). They generally won't buy performance metals unless they are looking to re-sell your piece. Stores like this are generally mom-and-pop small local stores that resell used jewelry. If that route proves unsucessful, you should try a pawn shop, eBay or Craigslist. If you do sell online, be sure to provide as much informtion as you know about your ring. For example, you should specify the ring size, as they cannot be resized so they'll only work for people with your same finger size. Additionally, sometimes tungsten rings can have sterling silver or gold inlays. If yours has any of these, be sure to provide that information as well, as it can make your ring more valuable.

Remember, though, that whatever route you chose to sell your tungsten ring at, don't expect to get what you paid for it. When you buy a piece of jewelry brand new, you pay for the manufacturer's cost to make it, the jeweler's profit and the actual material itself. When you go to resell it, you can't ask for all those costs that you had incurred.

I hope this helps. You can look at this Mens Wedding Ring tutorial that I found that has proven helpful to me at least, thus far. Just view the link at the bottom of the posts and it should help.
