What does the muadhim do?

The muadhim, or muezzin, is a person appointed at a mosque to call Muslims to prayer (adhan). This call is made five times a day, announcing the prayer times and inviting the community to gather for worship. The muadhim often performs this duty from the mosque's minaret or through loudspeakers, ensuring that the call reaches as many people as possible. Additionally, the muadhim may lead the prayer or perform other roles within the mosque.
