Is it possible to have all kids 14 and under diapered?

Not really!! Why should they be in diapers? Most kids learn to use a toilet or potty by the time they are 4 or 5. I think that kids should not have to walk around in there own pee, especially if they have boyfriends!!! Also, a girl wouldn't want to have her period in a diaper!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!
