What is the best cell phone out on the market?

LG has very few flip phones in this smart phone age. The Revere 2 and A340 are the only two "flip" models they continue to produce. Neither option gets very high reviews from the tech savvy, but Amazon does have some very high reviews from people that identify themselves as seniors or technologically impaired. They could be good options if the most basic of mobile phones is what you are looking for.
