How can you make a hat out of paper?

Just fold it.

Edit: to make a Chinese hat out of paper; draw a circle and cut it out. Then draw a line from the center of the circle to the outside of it and cut that line too.

Now fold the ends (of the line you cut last) over each other and glue your hat together in the shape you like.
