Where would someone find housing apartments for rent?

In the Tampa area, what is a good location to search for a two bedroom apartment with these amenities. It needs to be near grocery stores, schools, pharmacies or shopping center. I am looking for the apartment to have a dishwasher, wood floors/tile floors, Florida room and an on site workout center.
