Who sings going down for the last time?

Greg Guidry released the song Goin' Down from his 1982 album, Over The Line. The song was a one hit wonder. He followed up with Into My Love, a duet with Sandy Guidry. The album does not say Sandy's relation. Wikipedia says she is his sister.
