Is the urban dictionary an official dictionary?

Answer 1:There aren't really any "official" English dictionaries. Answer 2:Heck no! I wish someone would use urban dictionary as their resources for a project if they did they'd get an F along with a citation/referral for racial slurs or completely misleading "facts"
