The way I understand you let lose and do crazy things that you had a somewhat unconcious desire to do all along but you knew it was to strange;like what happens when you are drunk or like your dreams at night. Don't obsess about it though because stress and worry are what cause it.
Best recommendation is to take deep breath from the tummy and release slowly through the nose or mouth. Do this several times, make it a daily habit whenever you feel caught up mentally/anxious
your whole body to take in oxygen and become calmer, back to normal.
