What is the world's southernmost city?

I have done some research and checked into my destination geography class book and found that Ushuaia which is the captial of Tierra del Fuego a province of Argentina. The only other town to call itself the world's southernmost city is Puerto Williams, Chile which is home to 2,000 residents which is mostly families of a nearby base.
