Is it safe to plug a refrigerator into a powerbar that is plugged into the outlet on my stove that's how my landlord has my refrigerator plugged in?

It may or may not be considered safe... As wiring regulations and codes vary from country to country its always best to ask a local licensed electrician to answer this.

Usually they are happy to give such advice free of charge, in the hope you will remember them next time you have some wiring or other electrical work to be done.

So there should not be any charge to you for such advice, especially if you say they need not make it an urgent callout. Call a local one on the phone and ask him/her if they can stop by to see your fridge next next time they are in your area, but to call you first, before they come, to be sure you are in.

It is reasonably safe, depending on how much power your stove uses, and what the fuse is rated for.

A fridge on average uses anything between 75 and 175 Watts. It would be the same as plugging in one to three old fashioned light bulb on the same circuit.
