He says she is a very charming young lady, "far superior to the handsomest of her sex," because her features mark her as a woman of distinguished birth. He also says she "seemed to be born to be a duchess, and that the most elevated rank, instead of giving her consequences, would be adorned by her." But he also says she is of a delicate constitution, and so has never been presented at court.
