In fallout 3 how do you break up the rockwells?

ask around eventually you find out that mr rockwell nearly had an affair with mrs Simpson go to her house and steal her sexy night gown in her bed room. then go to the rockwells basement and put the gown on the bench down there. talk to mrs rockwell and she will investigate and there you go you homewrecker :)
