What does it mean when a boy really bleeds after losing virginity?

This is an unusual problem. Loss of virginity is associated with a certain amount of bleeding in women, since the hymen is torn, but it is not usually associated with bleeding in men. If the male in question is not circumcised, perhaps there is damage to the foreskin, that's my best guess. In any event, I would recommend a medical examination.
