Should there be restrictions placed on cell phone use in public areas such as restaurants?

No. What if an Emergancy happens? And Also a lot of people do work off of their phone. No one needs to get into anyones personal business. I think it shouldn't be up to the government. It should be up to us. What a "free country" this is!
