How do laptop cooling fans work?

Turn it off or you could put it in the freezer for a few minutes..... Hahahahah

Try to buy a cooler or put a fan near it to increase the air flow around the unit.

You can also use the computer in a temperature controlled room like how they run servers..

You could always build something with a small motor and a tube to blow in air near the vents of your laptop.

the easiest way to cool the CPU is to not use it as much... this way it doesn't get as hot.. You could always under clock it and set the CPU speed slower so the temperature doesn't get too high... , if you need the power just increase the cores, use an I-7 or maybe an I-9 with 4 to 6 cores put set the Mhz to one 1ghz instead of 3.0Ghz so that the Cpu will not get as hot....
