WHAT ARE SOME SIMILARITIES BETWEEN R and B AND RAP?

Country and Rap music(s) are not similar in their musical structure, melodies or techniques used in composition, however the link between them is more historical,(check the link below) well the music styles really have no similarities! but the people who sing these styles really aren't that different! :)
