How do you get into the chaos alter on runescape?

The altar can be found north of edgeville in level 9 wilderness. To enter you need chaos talisman or chaos talisman staff (omni versions of the two will also work) No level is required to make the runes. The difficult part of it is really the four tiered maze. *watch out for player killers though with the return of wildy there is usually a high number of them*
