Because the majority (if not all) "low riders" are custom made vehicles it is best to shop locally. Scout around for a dependable owner who is knowledgeable and owns two or more custom cars. Make sure that the owner you choose to buy from is dependable and knows his way around automotive work and customization. Do not trust anyone based upon appearance and always, always, check the facts provided by the owner and do proper research on the model of vehicle and any kits used for modification. Once again, almost all "low rider" cars are custom jobs, and there is no particular low rider model, meaning if you feel up to the challenge almost any vehicle can be converted using kits available online or in custom shops locally.
