How do you remove transmission to Pontiac trans sport 1997?

To remove the transmission from a 1997 Pontiac Trans Sport, first, disconnect the battery and drain the Transmission Fluid. Next, remove the exhaust pipes, drive shaft, and any electrical connectors attached to the transmission.
