How do you replace an EGR valve on a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country with a 3.8l engine?

Well it's located on the side of the throttle body first off. It has two bolts and 3 vacuum lines. One thing I found when I had low power is I inspected the vac lines and found tiny cracks on them. JFYI.

It's simple to change really, if you buy a new one 60 bucks at NAPA it will come with a new gasket. Takes about 10 minutes.
