Feet: Every night put on lotion and put socks on over it to keep lotion on. Then fall asleep. The next morning take a tub of water and soak it in the water until the water is foggy or for 20 seconds. Keep doing this until your feet are smooth
Hands: Same thing with the feet every night put on lotion and put moisture gloves on over it to keep lotion on. Then fall asleep. The next morning take a tub of water and soak it in the water until the water is foggy or for 20 seconds. Keep doing this until your hands are smooth.
Body: Take a shower everyday and use a ton of soap.(don't waste water)Get out of the shower and put lotion all over your body.
