What are the differences between decision making and decision-making?

There is no much difference in both but here according to grammar "decision-making" treated as a single Word whereas "decision making" two different Words.

As we see the web site and web-site both has same meaning but difference is with hyphen is treated as single Word and the other one without hyphen is treated as two different Words.
