If she is acting lethargic she is probably just tired.If she is acting like she is in pain its digestive tract could be obstructed but since you said it is pooping this is unlikely.

Tomorrow I would call the vet and ask for signs to look for in case it turns into a real problem but for now I'd take it easy and see if she passes it.

If you do call the vet I guarantee they will try and get you to bring the dog in but don't waste your money unless you are a nervous wreck.

If your dog is eating, pooping, and still wanting to play when it isn't tired you have nothing to worry about.
