Spanish name for Jeff

Even thought there is no direct equivalent to Jeff in Spanish, the Spanish language does not support the letter 'J' as we know it in English. So as it may be true that the name is spelled the same in both languages, the Spanish pronunciation would be "heff" or "heff-ay". Similar situations include Jesus (hey-soos) and Javier (ha-vee-air).
