My tortoise chipped his shell all of the time buy ramming rocks and bricks or by throwing a tantrum if the door to the house was closed. I don't know what kind of problem you are having like if it is still bleeding, sore to the touch, not healing, infected… I want to help but can you at least specify which shell, carapace (top) or plastron (bottom)? I would think that Knox unflavored Gelatin or strong horse hoof glue might be the only products that would have enough keratin to make any impact, but I don't even know if that would work. I'm kind of envisioning an impromptu silk wrap type of bandage that you may use like on a torn fingernail? NO Med/Vet knowledge and would only intervene if the tortoise is not healing himself or it is a cosmetic concern of yours. I hope you are inquiring about an actual tortoise and not some print on your sunglasses or something ( I posted 1 page for someone that was pleading for "please help, sick tortoise shell" and apparently the "sick" in that was an adjective describing the finish on her new phone!" I helped her notice the headers that divided the categories on the top of the site and explained how tortoise could end up classified with animals.) Good luck
