Well lizards are def so they cant hear.
but like snakes they feel vibration same goes 4 lizards.
Another answer:
While snakes, which lack a tympanic membrane, have only the ability to detect low frequencies (below 1000 Hz), other reptiles, including most species of lizards, have better developed organs for hearing and can hear higher frequencies. Some species of geckos can hear sounds up to 10,000 Hz.
Music, like any extraneous sound, can mask other sounds, which could prevent the lizard from reacting to other things in its environment.
It is difficult to accurately measure the sensitivity of lizards to sounds, because their usual reaction to any sound is to remain motionless.
