How do you install an infant car seat in a 1999 Honda Civic ex?

i was wondering if you were able to find a car seat for your civic? the infant seat we have (a peg perego) doesn't seem to work, the base slides around a lot, and i have a 3yr old, so we can't fit really put it in the center with 2 car seats.
