Some suggestions on how to accept criticism:
1. Listen carefully. Repreat the criticism in your own Words so that you and your partner are sure about the nature of the conflict.
2. Try to see yourself as others see you. This change in perspective may show you something about yourself you didn't realize perviously.
3. Don't assume criticism in an assault on your behavior. Much critisism is intended to be constructive, but if we overreact neagatively, good discussion doesn't result from it.
Constructive criticism can be a way another person shows how much you mean to them.
