That depends on the guy. Some prefer girls to be outgoing, while others prefer the shy type. But what they all prefer is for you to be yourself, and not try to be something you're not. Just be yourself - your best self. Let me improve that answer: Guys wouldn't really care if they knew you, but it is much easier for me when girls show that they like me rather than being shy about it.
