How do you reset timing belt light on 1999 Toyota turbo diesel 3.0L hilux surf?

Its real simple all you do is before you turn the key on hold the odometer button in and turn the key but don't start the engine and keep holding the button for 10 ten seconds then lift your finger off the button and the number 1 should come up now this number represents 10,000 K's so what you do is keep pushing the button until you reach the desired K's you want you can go up to 20 = 200,000 K's and then you hold the button in for another 10 seconds then let go and turn the key off and turn it back on and it should be gone i know this works because I've just done it today
