Why won't a Mitsubishi 3000 gt crank - Changed starter and battery is charged?

just a thoughtI would try disconnecting the battery and then checking all off your wire connections because it might have caused something to be grounded. If that doesn't work then you may try the spark plugs as this could cause failure to turn over. If it doesn't even click when you try and turn the key then you might want to check your alternator. Hope this helps.Also if the car does nothing but you hear a click and all of the dash light come on,It is probably the ignition switch i.e. the electronic part not the lock cylender.

now what if you hear the clicking but when u try to turn it over all the dash lights go off?
