How do you get sonic in Pokemon in Pokemon HeartGold?

Is this a trick question? Sonic wasn’t even made by the same developer. Sonic is Sega, Pokemon games are GameFreak. Sonic and some pokemon are fighters in Smash Bros. but that’s as close as they’ll ever come.
