Is the weight of 58 kg for a 12 year old girl over weight?

UMM imm realy worried because i weigh 60kg and i am 13 im pretty all thow i wish i was way skinnyer thow i want to be like skinny im so fat i wana weigh 45kg again :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
