What are those stickers called that you put on stretched ear lobes to make them look normal again?

I don't think that exists. If you don't want your ears to be stretched anymore, you'd have to get them repaired. Depending on where you live, you can either go to a piercer with experience with suturing ears back or go to a cosmetic surgeon. The stickers you're talking about are for 18ga ear piercings that are saggy from wearing heavy jewelry :)
